What Services Do You Offer?We provide all the same services that are provided by other funeral homes. From Simple Disposition without a Tribute, to a Memorial Tribute or a Graveside Tribute or a full Traditional Funeral Tribute with Viewing and Burial. We also provide Cemetery Markers, Prepaid Funeral Services through TD Canada Trust, and Free Prearrangement Plans. Our difference is we are able to provide our services with more convenience and at considerable less cost. Our fee structure is designed so that you only pay for services that you have requested. We don’t factor in fees for items or services you would not need or use.How Do You Operate?We conduct our initial arrangement conference in the security and comfort of your own home, usually around your kitchen or dining room table. We also have a comfortable private arrangement room in our home if you prefer. No time limit is set for the arrangement conference. It is our policy to give each family unlimited time as needed. We use the services of Wiebe & Jeske for embalming and casketing, Mountain View Crematorium Ltd. for cremation or for Witness Cremation, we use Vancouver Crematorium Ltd. or West Coast Crematorium in Burnaby and Walkey & Co. in Vancouver for our off site refrigeration.Why Home Arrangements?Home arrangements give you the security of making difficult decisions at a vulnerable time in your own comfortable environment. The home arrangement conference alleviates the need for you to visit a funeral home and the commercial pressures found within them.Why Are Your Fees Less Than Most Other Funeral Providers?We are able to provide affordable services and products because our business is operated from our home. This way we can keep our overhead expenses to a minimum, passing the savings onto our families. Loving Memories Funeral Services is registered as a Full Service Funeral Provider pursuant to the Cremation, Interment and Funeral Services Act, SBC (2004) by the Consumer Protection BC (Licence Number 28810). We are locally and independently owned, members of the Funeral Association of BC, the Memorial Society of BC and Registrars for Vital Statistics British Columbia.Where Do You Hold Services?Funeral Tributes or Memorial Tributes are held in your choice of church, hall, banquet facility or cemetery. Memorial Tributes may also be held in your home, your apartment or condominium’s reception or recreation room, a Legion or a convenient hotel or community hall, as well as many restaurants or golf and country clubs.Why Would We Choose Your Funeral Home?Our independently owned and operated funeral home makes us accountable to the families we assist and responsible for services we provide.
